Spring R. Rowell loves helping businesses and entrepreneurs protect what they have built and move forward with confidence. Known for her practical, solutions-focused approach, she partners with businesses and entrepreneurs to navigate legal complexities and make smart, strategic decisions at every stage of growth.

With nearly two decades of legal experience, she brings a broad-based transactional practice to Johnsen Law, advising clients across corporate, nonprofit, employment, and real estate matters. Her clients include businesses and organizations operating across the United States and internationally—from startups to established corporations, nonprofit entities, construction firms, and real estate developers.

Spring regularly leads complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, loan documentation, leasing, construction, and development. She has substantial experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial documents such as lease agreements, conveyance deeds, tax exemption applications, and construction contracts.

​

She also supports employers in managing risk and compliance through employment agreements, volunteer policies, handbooks, separations, and state unemployment matters. In the corporate space, Spring advises on entity formation, governance, corporate structuring, and day-to-day operational issues, helping business leaders align legal strategy with growth objectives.

Community Involvement

Spring is active in both civic and faith-based leadership. She serves as a board member for The Inner Room at Upper Room, Inc., mentors and trains small groups through Upper Room Dallas, and has contributed to numerous leadership initiatives with Next Level Experience. She has spoken at Global Advance conferences, served the Genesis Center women’s shelter, and held leadership roles in the Dallas Junior Chamber of Commerce. In 2010, she was honored with the U.S. SBA’s 5-Year Distinguished Service Award.
